Performances continue to be affected by COVID-19 and latest government guidance. Therefore, we have implemented a 'Book with Confidence, Refund with Ease' policy, as we know how important it is in current times.
COVID & BORDER RESTRICTIONS
If you tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the concert. Call the Box Office as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours before the performance and we will refund your ticket.
We will also refund your tickets if you can not reach Aix-en-Provence due to bordure closures or restrictions (quarantine).
ENSURING YOUR SAFETY
All audience members must wear face masks at all times.
We continue to have strict cleaning regimes and enhanced ventilation in place. We are frequently cleaning high-touch areas such as door handles, bannisters and toilets. We provide 100% fresh air through our ventilation system. Seating at Grand Théâtre de Provence is also subject to anti-viral fogging regularly to ensure that no viruses live on surfaces or seats.
There are hand-sanitizing stations throughout the venues.
The vaccine pass consists in presenting one of these three pieces of evidence:
A. vaccine certification (full course of vaccination, booster dose within the allocated period for people aged 18 years and 1 month who are eligible) ;
B. recovery certificate more than 11 days and less than six months old;
C. certificate of contraindication to vaccination.
The vaccine pass does not apply to children aged 12-15. The health pass therefore remains in force for this age bracket, including the additional possibility of presenting a negative test result less than 24 hours old.
