Quatuor Modigliani & Michel Dalberto

The four musicians have been playing together for over ten years, inspired by German music from Haydn, Mendelssohn, Brahms to Schubert, that forms the lion's share of their repertoire.

But from time to time the Modigliani Quartet does not hesitate to plunge the listener into a “Frencher” sound : Saint-Saëns ' Quartet n°1 and the monumental and passionate Piano quintet by Franck. On the piano we will hear their partner for many years now, Michel Dalberto who will perform some extracts from Debussy 's Images, a composer with whom he maintains a privileged relationship.
