Star violinist and Aix Easter Festival's artistic director, Renaud Capuçon , is joined by his brother, Gautier , and some of the finest chamber musicians, Gérard Caussé and Nicholas Angelich.
Together, they play Brahms ' Quartet No.1, a masterpiece which combines a troubled romantic vocabulary with a poised, almost symphonic mastery of musical architecture, with a finale full of unbridled gypsy music.
Expect also a few surprises for an unforgettable evening of music!
