CATHERINE TROTTMANN

ROSSINI, FAURÉ, RAVEL

The mezzo-soprano Catherine Trottmann is only just 26 years old but is pursuing a flamboyant career since her debut five years ago. She was invited by the prestigious Vienna Opera and gained a nomination for the Victoires de la musique in 2017.

She is particularly popular in Mozartian or Rossinian roles, where her brilliant timbre, her light, playful voice and her undeniable stage presence have contributed to her astonishing success.

For her first appearance at the Easter Festival, Catherine Trottmann proposes a concert dedicated to French mélodie , the art of the miniature, a subtle blend of poetry and piano.
