Violinist Guillaume Chilemme has been a guest at the Easter Festival since 2015 and this year he brings along his Quatuor Dutilleux, alongside three in-demand chamber musicians, all members of prestigious orchestras.

The musicians in this recently-formed quartet are passionate about French music, and will treat us to a performance of Ravel’s String Quartet, a masterpiece of poetry, rhythm and vitality.

They will be joined by pianist Jorge Gonzalez Buajasan, who played at the 2022 Festival with the Zeliha Trio, for a delicious rendition of Fauré’s Quintet No. 1. We look forward to a piece of sublime textures performed by five musicians of uncommon sensibility and experience.
