Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse, Tugan Sokhiev

Tugan Sokhiev has been directing the Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse for almost ten years, and Renaud Capuçon was invited to play with them almost from the beginning. Since then, the Ossetian conductor and the violinist have explored all of the concerto repertoire for violintogether from Mendelssohn to Tchaikovsky via Bruch.

This time – keeping in mind the need to contribute, through the Easter Festival, to the vitality of contemporary music – they will tackle a new piece by the very prolific composer Wolfgang Rihm.
